Surface reconstruction

We are given tree cloud of points in tree dimensional Euclidean space. Each cloud was sampled from a 2D manifold without boundary. Use Vietoris-Rips and Cech reconstruction methods to determine the type of these manifolds.

  4. Surface 4

It is recommended to use one of the following tools which already implement Vietoris-Rips or Cech reconstruction methods.

Beware that the installation of the above libraries can take a lot of time. The investment will pay itself of since you will have to use the tools while working on your projects.
